ORDINANCE STATUS: IN EFFECT
Crested Butte allows short-term rentals and requires a license to operate. There are two types of licenses available, a Primary Occupancy License for operators that live in their unit six months or more, or an Unlimited License.
Crested Butte, CO Lodging Taxes
The Town of Crested Butte requires all short-term rental operators to collect and remit excise taxes, sales tax, and additional local and state taxes.
