Partner Portal Welcome!

Hi Partners, I am so excited you’re here for the first update in the new RR Partner Portal. This portal is designed as a hub just for you where you can leave comments, submit content, access updates, and expedite communications for a seamless partnership with RR.

This September update has two essential announcements for you.

➕ Winter RR Summit dates are booked and you can submit your content ahead of the fall conference rush!

➕ We have added new benefits our partnership structure for the next 12 months. Read on to learn more!

Winter RR Summit: Farther Together • December 12-13

Hosts and managers will come together virtually to learn about all things community: finding the right partner team, hiring staff and team development, networking with other operators, and getting involved in their local communities.

Dates: December 12th & 13th, 2023

Speaking Times: Coming Soon • The schedule and agenda will come out the last week of September. Selecting your speaking slots will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Content: You can submit your session details whenever you are ready! We know the conference season is busy, that is why we are opening it up early to get it out of your way sooner than later.

🗓️ Your speaker, session title, and description are due by October 28th. 

Content Tips: As always, it’s important that Summit sessions are educational in nature and relevant to the event theme, but we also encourage some pizzaz to spark attendee interest! Here are some session topic and title tips we’ve learned from attendee engagement and feedback:

• Use keywords that answer attendees’ question What’s in it for me?, such as “sustainable growth,” “revenue,” “direct bookings,” “protect your property,” and “delight guests.”
• Use forward-looking terms and phrases, like “the next evolution of X,” “essentials for X in 2024,” or “forecasts.”
• Ask a thought-provoking question, like “Are you ready for X in 2024?” or “How Many Guests is Too Many?”

Alternative Format Ideas: Do you have an out-of-the-box idea for your 30-minute session? We’d love to work with you on a creative session! Maybe you’d like to bring in a client and highlight their case study or pair up with another partner to do a panel. We are all ears! Email or Slack Jenna with your ideas.
