San Bernardino County - Unincorporated STR Ordinance
STRs in unincorporated areas of the county are allowed with a permit, with the exception of multifamily apartments, which are prohibited. Permitted STRs must also meet operational, safety, and advertising requirements.
San Bernardino County - Unincorporated Lodging Taxes
STRs in unincorporated San Bernardino County are subject to a Transient Occupancy tax of 7% and must obtain a Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate.
