I understand and value that before I am a short-term rental operator, I am a neighbor first. I commit to being a great neighbor and ensuring that my guests do, too.

I understand that my city has a duty to keep its citizens safe and nuisances to a minimum, and this benefits us all. Even if I don’t find our short-term rental ordinance to be fair, I pledge to follow the law.

Responsible hosting is an insurance protection that cannot be purchased. I pledge to hold myself accountable to the highest standards of safety, property care, trust and respect for all.

I am mindful that my short-term rental activity reflects on the entire community, including other STRs. I pledge to not be an obstacle in the path of good hosting.
