ORDINANCE STATUS: IN EFFECT
Chandler requires all short-term rentals located in the City to obtain a registration. Short-term rental property owners must provide general and contact information for each STR owned by completing the Short-Term Rental Registration form.
AZ Transaction Privilege Tax
All short-term rental owners in Arizona are required to hold a TPT license (Transaction Privilege Tax) in order to operate.
Maricopa County Rental Registration
All rentals of any length are required to register with the Maricopa County Assessor’s office.
