ORDINANCE STATUS: IN EFFECT
Once vacation rental owners have been issued a Residential Rental TPT number from the state, the City requires the owner’s information, TPT number, and a designated local 24-hour contact person. Owners must complete the Lake Havasu City Vacation Rental Form and submit it to the Lake Havasu City Business License Department.
AZ Transaction Privilege Tax
All short-term rental owners in Arizona are required to hold a TPT license (Transaction Privilege Tax) in order to operate.
