ORDINANCE STATUS: IN EFFECT
Owners of vacation and short-term rentals in Sedona are required to provide the city with their owner and emergency contact information for each property, as well as meet other requirements for safety, tax licensing, trash management, and compliance.
AZ Transaction Privilege Tax
All short-term rental owners in Arizona are required to hold a TPT license (Transaction Privilege Tax) in order to operate.
