The Town of Avon allows short-term rentals, and a business license is required. The license number must be displayed where the unit is advertised.
Avon, CO Lodging Taxes
Short-term licensees are required to collect and remit all applicable taxes, including 10% of the price paid for the rental of accommodations to the Town of Avon every month.
