ORDINANCE STATUS: IN EFFECT
Colorado Springs allows short-term rentals and requires the unit is the owner’s primary residence. A permit is required for every unit that is listed for rent.
Colorado Springs, CO Lodging Taxes
Short-term rental operators are required to obtain a State Sales Tax License Number. Operators must collect and remit all applicable sales and lodging taxes.
