ORDINANCE STATUS: IN EFFECT

The Town of Dillon requires all short-term rentals to have a license. Hosts must also provide one parking space per room.

Dillon, CO Lodging Taxes

The Town of Dillon requires hosts to have a sales tax license, and hosts are responsible for collecting and remitting sales and lodging taxes. Effective July 1, 2023, an excise tax of 5% will be applied to all short-term rental revenue.
