Setting up your company profiles and user profiles in the RR Network will help network members discover you. Your company profile includes job listings, employees, contact information, upcoming events, website, content, and more. Plus, you can update it as often as you’d like! Winter RR Summit: Farther Together • December 12-13

Hosts and managers will come together virtually to learn about all things community: finding the right partner team, hiring staff and team development, networking with other operators, and getting involved in their local communities.

Content Tips: As always, Summit sessions must be educational and relevant to the event theme, but we also encourage some pizzaz to spark attendees interest! Here are some session topic and title tips we’ve learned from past events and feedback:
- Use keywords that answer the question: What’s in it for me? Such as “sustainable growth,” “revenue,” “direct bookings,” “protect your property,” and “delight guests.”
- Use forward-looking terms and phrases, like “the next evolution of X,” “essentials for X in 2024,” or “forecasts.”
- Ask a thought-provoking question, like “Are you ready for X in 2024?” or “How Many Guests is Too Many?”
- Popular topics not yet on the agenda: marketing, direct bookings, listing optimization
