On his YouTube channel by the same name, real estate investor and mid-term rental expert Jesse Vasquez offers tips and tricks for investing in short-term and mid-term rental properties and tips and tricks for landing travel medical contracts and corporate housing contracts.

Kirsten & Michael

Kirsten and Michael moved from their home in Los Angeles to follow their dream of buying land in Joshua Tree, California, and creating a sanctuary to share with family, friends, and guests from around the world. Their YouTube channel follows their journey and leaves viewers with helpful tips on how to achieve similar results.

Kylee & Steven – Short Term Rental Experts

Husband and wife team Kylee and Steven Niederhauser started hosting vacation rentals with zero prior experience. Through learning the hard way, they grew their San Diego, California-business into a full-scale property management firm for short-term rentals. The couple started out on Airbnb but now preach the dangers of relying solely on booking platforms for reservations. On their YouTube channel, Kylee & Steven, they provide tips on how to increase direct bookings, DIY renovations, vacation rental design and setup, expanding into property management, and growing one’s property portfolio.

The Real Estate Robinsons

Sara and Tony Robinson, aka “The Real Estate Robinsons,” built a $2 million short-term rental empire in just two years, starting from zero. On their YouTube channel, they share what they’ve learned during the evolution of their business and advice on how to operate a successful vacation rental business.
